1. Program Description

Kingdom Cornerstone Coaching ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with class registrants and coaching clients. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to:

• Class registration confirmations and reminders
• Schedule changes or cancellations
• Money Forward assessment invitations and follow-ups
• Coaching appointment reminders and scheduling updates
• Coaching-related communications from your assigned coach

2. Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required to register for a class or receive coaching services. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our class registration or client intake forms.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your enrollment and coaching activity. You may receive up to a few messages per month per program you are enrolled in.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Kingdom Cornerstone Coaching is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number for that program category.

You may also contact us directly to request removal from our SMS list (see Section 8 below).

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive a response with our contact information.

7. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may vary. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
